1. Dispatch
- Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.
2. Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, but we ship every order with insulated packaging and gel ice packs to minimise excursion. Liquid products are shipped on additional cold packs where appropriate. Packaging is discreet and does not display product names externally.
3. UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DPD Next-Day: typically next working day after dispatch.
- Tracking is sent by email when the carrier scans the parcel.
- A signature may be required at the discretion of the carrier.
4. International delivery
- EU: 3–7 working days, tracked.
- Rest of world: 5–14 working days, tracked, where we can ship lawfully.
- You are responsible for verifying that import is lawful in your country and for paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees levied on receipt. We do not refund customs charges.
- We may decline or refund any international order where the destination presents unacceptable customs or regulatory risk, at our sole discretion.
5. Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a contact email and phone. We are not liable for losses, delays, or temperature excursion caused by an incorrect address, an unattended delivery, or a parcel left at a safe-place you nominated with the carrier.
6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
- Damaged on arrival: photograph the outer packaging and contents before opening any vial and email support@peptideslabuk.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Not delivered: if the tracking shows no movement for 5 working days (UK) or 14 working days (international), contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
- Resolution is governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery; we are not liable for losses caused after the carrier has marked the parcel delivered.
7. Storage on receipt
On receipt, transfer lyophilized peptides to a freezer at −20 °C and liquids to a refrigerator at 2–8 °C unless the product label states otherwise. Failure to store correctly will degrade the product and is not covered by any refund or replacement.
8. Restricted destinations
We do not ship to any destination subject to UK, EU, US, or UN sanctions, or to any destination where the import of research peptides is prohibited. We may amend the list of restricted destinations at any time without notice.
